Transparency is an essential piece to building trust and accountability. 

Campaign clients receive a block of hours each month to use across planned campaigns and projects.

All initiatives are laid out in monthly action plans. Each month, you’ll see exactly how your hours are being allocated. You can also view at any time the progress of each activity.

L2 Digital strives to maintain 3-month marketing and sales action plans. And, on a regular basis, these plans are reviewed and updated based on performance data and new opportunities.

Capped Hourly Pricing

Clients shouldn’t be penalized for agency inefficiencies, and agencies shouldn’t be rewarded. 

L2 Digital has defined hourly limits for all common marketing and sales services. No matter how long it takes us to complete, you are never charged more than that amount. 

If we get work done faster than the capped hours, that’s more time we can spend on other initiatives.

Performance Tracking

Regular tracking and reporting on the right metrics plays a critical role in any ongoing campaign. 

At the start of each month, L2 Digital will analyze marketing campaign, website and sales data to understand what happened, why and what to do about it. 

It will then record a short video walking through performance dashboards and explain what the data means and what to do about it. 

In the accompanying email, the agency will provide a list of key takeaways and discuss possible updates to the monthly Action Plan with the marketing team and leadership.
