3. Build Out
Time to populate the system with sales collateral, create email templates, activate productivity tools, build email notifications and set up automation to streamline lead management.
4. Training
The final step is conducting small group training with your reps to introduce them to the new technology, demonstrate the value of available tools, and walk them through getting started.
