It’s time to map sales process to HubSpot’s technology. We’ll configure contact, company and deal records, customize pipeline stages, and setup filters to give sales reps easy access to the information needed to move sales through the pipeline.

3. Build Out

Time to populate the system with sales collateral, create email templates, activate productivity tools, build email notifications and set up automation to streamline lead management.

4. Training

The final step is conducting small group training with your reps to introduce them to the new technology, demonstrate the value of available tools, and walk them through getting started.
