How It Works

1. Enter Tasks
Enter the recurring tasks your team does (or should be doing). Be specific — “repurpose blog content for social shares” is better than “social media.”

2. Rate Impact
Score each task on a 1–5 scale across six factors (time saved, revenue influence, output value, complexity, skill needed, ball-drop risk).

This measures how valuable automation is to your organization.

3. Rate Readiness
Score each task on whether you have the assets, processes, and access needed to automate it.

This includes SOPs, templates, libraries, shared drives, trained people.

4. See Your Priorities
The tool calculates scores and maps tasks on a quadrant.

  • Automate Now – High impact & ready to go
  • Start Prepping – High impact, needs setup first
  • Quick Wins – Lower impact, easy to implement
  • Revisit Later – Low impact, not ready yet
