What's the difference between adjustments and alterations?

It can be a bit confusing, but here's how we see the difference.

  • Adjustments: These are tweaks and slight changes to existing operations or prompts. We are not adding anything new to the automation and we are not reconfiguring the actual workflow. We are just fine tuning what already exists.
  • Alterations (or updates): These are actual changes to the flow or operations of the automation. They include changes to the configuration, adding in new operations, rewriting or generating new Ai prompts. They are typically more involved and require additional time.
